ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.  If you don’t receive this email right away, please check your spam folder.  If you have a gmail account, our emails often show up in the “promotions” folder.  Feel free to reach out to us at support@pinkmango.love if you are having difficulty locating your order confirmation.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Most orders are processed within 24 hours.  Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number included. Delivery time 5-7 Days for orders to the United States. 

ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION

USA Orders:

All USA orders are shipped from locations within the United States.  Most orders ship from our main facility in Indianapolis, Indiana via USPS First Class Mail.  Though most orders deliver within a week, we ask that you allow up to 10 business days after processing for your order to arrive (as USPS sometimes experiences delays that are beyond our control).  If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact us at support@pinkmango.love.

International (non-USA) orders:

We utilize a network of air freight carriers to get your order into your country and through customs as quickly as possible.   Once the parcel clears customs, it is presented to the local postal service or courier.  In the United Kingdom, for example, Royal Mail will handle final delivery of the parcel.  In Australia, final delivery is performed by either Australia Post or Aramex (formerly Fastway Couriers).  As such, the tracking number will correspond to the local service making final delivery (and can be tracked via their website).  Please note: the tracking might not update until the parcel reaches the destination country and has cleared customs.  This usually takes about a week.  We ask that you please allow up to 15 business days for delivery once your order has been processed.  If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact us at support@pinkmango.love.

USA orders:

There is Free ($0.00 USD) shipping for USA orders.

International (non-USA) orders:

There is a flat-rate shipping charge of $11.99USD for international orders less than $60USD.  International orders $60USD or more ship for free.
Please note: there are select items on our site that we offer free Worldwide shipping on, with no minimum order required.  For example, our popular Red String Bracelet sets ship for free, always, regardless of order value.  If an item qualifies for free Worldwide shipping, it will be stated on the product’s page.
  

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS 

For orders shipping to locations outside of the USA, a small percentage of these orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Pink Mango cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they apply. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Payment Policy
At Pink Mango Love, all transactions are conducted in USD currency only. Prices seen on the page may be converted from USD to your local currency for the customer's better understanding. Pink Mango Love will not be responsible for any transaction fees, items damaged, or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
